Criminals Named Wayne

Have you ever noticed that a large number of criminals, especially murderers, have a middle name of Wayne? Think of serial killer John Wayne Gacy, for example, who killed about 33 people and was known as the Killer Clown.

Well someone else noticed it and started a list of all the heinous Waynes in the world. News of the Weird has a list of 155 Waynes. (Yes, I counted.) Unfortuantely, the web site operator, Chuck Wayne Shephard, stopped updating the list so who knows how many more criminal Waynes there are in the world.

In fact, I’d be suspicious of anyone with the middle name of Wayne, even if they’re not a criminal. That just means they haven’t snapped yet. Ask everyone you know if their middle name is Wayne, just to be safe. Ask strangers you meet if they’re a Wayne.

Personally, I blame it all on John Wayne, that macho stud cowboy actor.

My advice: If you know a Middle Name Wayne, steer clear of them and never talk to them again or you may end up dead under the floor boards of their house.

Better safe than dead.

P.S. Ok, Chuck Shephard’s middle name isn’t Wayne. I just made that up.
